As a physician with extensive experience in internal medicine, Dr. Atchison has cultivated a patient-first philosophy where each individual is treated like family. Dr. Atchison’s medical journey began at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by completing her Internal Medicine residency at Sovah Health. With years of practice at both Fort Myers Internal Medicine and other Florida-based clinics, she brings a depth of knowledge in chronic illness management, wellness, and patient education. Now, as the founder of Concierge Care Naples, Dr. Atchison has chosen to create a boutique-style practice where relationships matter, and where patients can reach out directly to her for personalized care – whether it’s through a simple text or phone call.
Dr. Atchison is Board Certified and dedicated to providing a level of access and attention that’s rare in healthcare today. Her goal is to ensure that each patient receives not only excellent medical care but also a sense of belonging, knowing that their health is in the hands of someone who genuinely cares.

- Active in Rotary International since 2014, volunteering for local communities.
- Participated with Rotary International in India’s National Polio Immunization Day in February 2015 in Bhadravati, Karnataka, India.
- Medical Mission to Iquitos, Peru with doctor and pharmacy students from Midwestern University, provided medical care to people living around the Amazon River Basin.
Passionate about whole person care including mental health, emotional health, and physical health. Experienced in management of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, type 2 diabetes, autoimmune and rheumatologic disorders, chronic kidney disease, heart disease, and various skin conditions including cyst removals and abnormal mole skin biopsies.
Outside of medicine I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and 2 large dogs, along with being outdoors camping, hiking, boating, and relaxing on the beach.

Karen Swain is a distinguished Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with a wealth of experience and expertise across various facets of the medical field, particularly in critical care. Her illustrious career in the aesthetic and regenerative medicine industry spans over two decades, primarily within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Karen’s foundation in nursing was established at the University of Texas at Arlington, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Building on this solid education, she pursued higher studies at Houston Baptist University, attaining a Master of Science in Nursing.
With a keen eye for advancements in medical technology, Karen has garnered extensive proficiency in multiple laser platforms, neurotoxins, and soft tissue fillers, making her a prominent figure in the field. Her dedication to healthcare extends beyond her professional commitments, as she actively supports various local charities throughout the year, embodying a true spirit of community engagement.
Karen’s leadership within medical organizations speaks to her commitment to advancing healthcare initiatives. She has served as the President of the Collier County Medical Society Alliance and holds the distinction of being the immediate past President of the Florida Medical Association Alliance, demonstrating her advocacy for the medical community at a regional level.
Residing in Naples alongside her husband, Gary, Karen Swain continues to make significant contributions to the healthcare industry and enrich the lives of the community through her expertise, compassion, and philanthropic endeavors.
Mary Bellerive

With over 22 years of experience in the Medical Aesthetics industry, Mary Bellerive is a highly skilled Certified Medical Electrologist (CME) and Aesthetician, specializing in advanced skincare treatments, electrology, and laser hair removal. Her career is built on a deep passion for aesthetics, education, and client care.
Mary’s journey in aesthetics began in Fort Myers, Florida, where she grew up and graduated from Cape Coral Christian School. She pursued her formal training at the Florida Academy of Massage and Skin Care, completing the skincare program in 2002. Seeking to expand her expertise, she moved to Orlando, where she earned her CME certification from the Orlando Institute of Electrolysis, Laser & Skin in 2010.
In 2014, Mary returned to Fort Myers, bringing her extensive knowledge and hands-on experience back to her hometown. She has undergone extensive training in a variety of skincare modalities, electrology techniques, and laser technologies, ensuring she stays at the forefront of the industry.
Beyond her practice, Mary has a passion for education and mentorship. She dedicated 3.5 years as an instructor at Gulf Coast Academy, where she trained aspiring aestheticians in skincare and laser hair removal. This role allowed her to refine her ability to communicate complex techniques, manage a classroom effectively, and inspire the next generation of beauty professionals.
Mary remains committed to delivering exceptional results for her clients while continuously expanding her expertise in the ever-evolving field of medical aesthetics.
